Several closings have been reported in the area:
- Soleil Bistro & Wine Bar, 14415 Blanco Road, “is closing until further notice,” according an e-mail from the restaurant. No further details were enclosed.
- Fish City Grill has closed both San Antonio locations. It operated restaurants at the Northwoods, 18130 San Pedro, and at the Shops at La Cantera, 15900 La Cantera Parkway.
That seems quick! I always wanted to stop by Fish City Grill but never had the chance…was it good?
Fish City Grill had some good dishes, but I heard a lot of grumbles from people about service. The Austin location closed, too, but there are others left in Dallas and elsewhere.
Sorry to see this restaurant closed at the Northwoods. It was convenient and good. Prices were reasonable and always got quick and courteous service. It is hard to find good Cajun style food at a reasonable price. The salmon dishes were excellent as well as the cup of gumbo. The margaritas carried a nice kick. Sad to see you go!
